- Clarify what’s going on for you, discover how this is affecting your game on and off the field. Including what you’d like to be different.
- Uncover what could be holding you back from achieving your goals. From confidence to focus to composure, we’ll dive in and identify what needs to improve.
- Express expectations for working together.
- Answer any questions you may have. Whether it’s in regards to our program, working together, sport psychology coaching or anything else that may come up. I want to ensure you have all of your questions answered during this first session.
- If it looks like I’m a great fit to help you achieve your goals, we’ll talk about working together and what that would look like.
